Delivery and Return Options Overview

If you receive the wrong Product, we are glad to accept returns of merchandise within 7 business days from the delivery date. You can initiate a
return by logging into your locuslane.com account on or by sending us an email. For
jewelry items, returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that all special orders, custom orders, personalized items, and items
marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Returned
merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached and in the same
condition as when it was delivered. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return or
exchange to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise
that does not meet the above requirements.
Please be aware that Habiba does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or
compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
